UMAI Gourmet in showcooking recipes


Last June our products were present at the gastronomic event #Showcooking, that took place in Almeria’s Central Market in order to let people know about products with outstanding raw materials from the mountains and sea of Almeria. The absolute winner was our jam #NottingHill made with dehydrated cucumber and mint which ended up in a melon gazpacho made by David Ibarra Peinado.

Real 31 chef, José Montañez, cooked Cod with Almeria vegetables with prawns and clams from the coast, he also cooked yearling steak matured at low temperature with barbacue sauce and aromatic herbs, using our products, which were served to more than 40 people.
